Dignity is fostered; independence, self-care and collaboration are encouraged and family members are involved. DSFHS programs involve principles of preventive, acute, chronic and rehabilitative care. Services offer a quality of life to patients/clients in the familiar surrounding of their own homes and communities, among family and friends regardless of race, religion or ability to pay.
