Position Title: DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES
Location: TARRYTOWN

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) : Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organize and direct professional and paraprofessional services; accountable for adherence to federal, state and local laws, accreditation and agency policies and standards for compliance; establishes methods for coordination of care by all disciplines; provides leadership by promoting and maintaining standards for providing quality care by all disciplines; consults with Quality Improvement Committee members as necessary and serves as a member; promotes staff development; participates in direct client care activities; documents all client related activities as required; supervises and teaches staff to improve clinical practice.

Position Title: MANAGER OF BUDGET & REIMBURSEMENT

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) : Assists the CFO with the financial administration of the Agency; works directly with the CFO to provide necessary financial information and analysis to operate the Agency effectively; assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of the Agency’s Operating Budget; assists with the preparation of final operating budgets; prepares and directs interim and annual cost analysis and third party reimbursement reports; prepares and reconciles monthly statistical and productivity reports for all disciplines; prepares third party rate appeals as appropriate; performs special assignments as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Baccalaureate or higher degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance or equivalent. 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in supervision and financial business management of health services and third party reimbursement, preferably in home health care. Demonstrated experience in business systems development and accounting, including computers, preferably in a non-profit setting. Extensive knowledge of health acre finance emphasizing cost reporting and budgeting. Analytical and technical skills to strategically resolve complex financial problems.

Position Title: CLINICAL INFORMATICS MANAGER
Location: CENTRAL SERVICE

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) : Responsible for tasks associated with the implementation, ongoing development and support of the Allscripts/Misys Clinical Record System used for CHHA and LTHHCP services; works closely with all Agency departments including IS, Finance, Quality, HR and Local Office Administrators; analyze problems, develop solutions, simplify procedures and work effectively with others; maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of Allscripts/Misys computer software including master files, profiles, assessments including Oasis, as well as report and query availability and development; monitors communications from Agency’s software vendor and evaluates relevancy to enhance Agency and clinical operations; utilize the test server to review and analyze software upgrades and determine impact for clinical users; facilitate the communication of these changes in collaboration with the DPS and Educators; develops queries that will assist with quality initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS: Current NYS RN licensure BSN with certificate in Nursing Informatics, preferred or relevant experience in a Home Care setting Minimum of 5 years experience Excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with Nursing Care Process and regulatory mandates for Home Care in NYS Excellent technical computer skills and familiarity with Windows based software applications; PO Service software and Home Care application experience preferred For our website....Thanks!
