The mission of Family Home Health Care, Inc., a community-based, non-profit licensed home care services agency is to provide compassionate, professional, holistic home health care. Services foster an improved quality of life that promotes human growth and independence.
Family Home Health Care, Inc. (FHHC), an affiliate of Dominican Sisters Family Health Service, is an integral part of the agency. As such they share in the philosophy, mission and goals.
Reimbursement and Insurance Coverage
Most major private insurance companies may cover services.
Direct client payment can be arranged in the absence of insurance coverage.
Our staff has extensive experience evaluating and processing insurance claims.
We will review your coverage and work with your insurance carrier to identify benefits, which may be available to you.
Healthcare costs will be outlined and fully explained to you in advance. Payment schedules can be established.
Services Offered
FHHC is available to meet your health care needs and will develop a personalized plan of care based upon identified goals. A nurse supervisor will come to your home to perform an initial patient assessment at no cost or obligation to you.

Senior Life Care Planning Program is an individual, holistic care plan assessment and management program designed to assist you and your family member in making informed decisions regarding present and future elder care needs. Services are offered by a Geriatric Care Manager.
